The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Key Account Specialist to join Programmed Skilled Workforce, based in Gunnedah.
Reporting to the Area Manager, your primary focus will be building and maintaining relationships with key client contacts whilst managing day-to-day resourcing, rostering, attendance and human resourcing issues.

- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates
- Experience in the labour hire or recruitment sectors is beneficial
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting recruitment and rostering activities
- Management of absenteeism, performance and employee conduct
- Assist the allocated Account Manager for the mine site by completing toolbox talks and safety conversations with onsite employees, as well as visiting the client site and attending client meetings as required
- Ensuring customer orders are filled in a timely manner
- Resolution of operational issues
- Providing excellent customer service to candidates & clients
- Data entry and compliance duties
- Promoting a positive safety culture across the business
