The Role

We are seeking a friendly and motivated recruitment consultant to fill a role in our veterans and aged home-care team. The role requires an out of the box thinker who is passionate about recruiting the right person for the right role. The role involves extensive training and development through our fantastic team and is located out of our Melbourne CBD office, located very close to public transport.

Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of workforce management strategies to ensure the needs of all clients are met. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment and administration of employees in line with their individual key performance indicators. All compliance, safety and induction targets will be met by the resourcing consultant for a designated group of care units.

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or another relevant discipline
• Proven experience in a recruitment role in an hands on operational environment
• A problem solver who is solutions focused
• Knowledge of the disability, aged care or other health industry will be looked upon favourably
