The Role
We are currently seeking to engage an experienced Estimator to join our Auburn Painting Services team.
Key R esponsibilities
- Carrying out detailed building appraisals on varied sites
- Preparing detailed estimates/quotations for building painting maintenance and repairs using internal software systems
- Negotiating with contractors and service providers
- Regular contact with clients to develop and negotiate clear project scope of works and documentation
Skills and Experience
- A proven track record in the building industry as an estimator, project manager or similar role
- Highly computer literate and mathematically competent
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills & time management skill
- Ability to learn new things and work in a successful team environment
- Ability to work at height, in confined spaces and difficult access locations
- A qualification in painting, building or other relevant discipline would be highly regarded
- A current Australian Driver's license
