The opportunity
Programmed is a leading provider in open space and full facility maintenance services. We are currently looking for qualified/experienced gardeners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep of a wide range of parks and reserves gardens. You will indeed be performing several tasks like weed eating, annual bedding, hedge trimming, mulching and general garden maintenance activities.
About you
Your will be an Enthusiastic person who enjoys outdoor work and can adapt to all weathers. Ability to work in a team and comply with health and safety requirements will be key to your success. Stamina with a good level of fitness and agility is required and you will need a clean NZ drivers’ licence with manual driving skills.
What will set you apart from the rest is as valid Growsafe certificate, proven experience or National Horticulture Certificate level 2, 3 or 4, however, we will be keen to look at people with the right experience in the field to provide them certified training.
You will be a Qualified Gardener and will be expected to train the Assistant Gardeners.
