The Role

A fantastic opportunity currently exists for a motivated & dedicated individual to join our Napier branch in the role of Business Development Manager . You will receive fantastic technical support , as well as a fully maintained vehicle .

Reporting to the Branch Manager this role will be accountable for identifying new opportunities within our core business competencies and initiating contact with key decision makers in order to generate new business. In addition, you will meet set sales targets, build strong client relationships and identify and capitalise on cross selling opportunities within the wider Programmed business. This role will also be responsible for servicing the company's existing client base and establishing long-term business relationships at all levels.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this challenging but rewarding role you will require:

  • Proven sales success
  • Demonstrated skills in the development and management of long-term customer relationships
  • Creativity and initiative, combined with a can-do attitude
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, high numerical ability and excellent presentation skills
