The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic self-starting person to join our team as an Island Operations Officer based on Rottnest Island. To be successful in the role you will need be a true customer service professional – passionate about delivering service quality while working with accuracy and agility.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in facilitates management environment conducting outbound and/or survey campaigns desirable, but not essential
- Proven customer support experience is required
- Strong computer literacy is required. Particularly, experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
