The Role

We are currently seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our Training Services team, based from our Port Hedland office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our Group Training Organisation (GTO) supporting our apprenticeship and traineeship programs in the Pilbara. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role’s primary focus is to provide efficient and professional business support to the branch through delivery of general administrative tasks and support.

  • Providing administrative support to the branch network
  • Data entry and compliance duties
  • Effective database management
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Promoting a positive safety culture across the business
