The Role

We currently require a highly driven and focused Maintenance and Works Services Supervisor to join our Woodside Burrup Housing Facility Management team on a permanent full time basis.

Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are managed to a safe, successful and profitable conclusion and to the customer's satisfaction.

• Communicates all works requirements plans, site information and timelines to all staff
• Implements and coordinates the overall management of works from planning through to completion
• Responsible for work updates, Subcontract and Direct Trades supervision
• Safety & Quality Reviews

• Leading others to perform at the highest of standards

Skills and experience

• Building Trades qualification
• Additional qualification in project management (desirable)
• Proven experience in the building industry as a Supervisor, Project manager or similar role (desirable)
• A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
• Intermediate Microsoft office skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
• Ability to work at height, in confined spaces and difficult access locations
• A driver's license
