The Role:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Recruitment Specialist to fill a role in Queensland team and support our Nursing & home care support teams nationally. The role requires an out of the box thinker who is passionate about recruiting the right person for the right role. The role involves training and development through our fantastic team and is located out of our Spring Hill office. Primary Accountabilities:
This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of recruitment and resourcing strategies to ensure the needs of all clients are met. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment and administration of employees in line with their individual key performance indicators. All compliance, safety and induction targets will be met by the recruitment specialist as directed by your manager and in collaboration with our team nationally.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a recruitment role in a hands on operational environment
- A problem solver who is solutions focused
- Knowledge of the aged care or other health industry will be looked upon favourably
- Approaching all clients and prospective employees with care and empathy at all times
