About The Opportunity
Programmed’s Facility Management department is currently seeking multiple Carpenters to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that provides maintenance throughout a variety of facilities. This position is responsible for all reactive and preventative maintenance throughout the contract.
Nature of position: Full Time
Location: Brisbane – Occasional regional work.
Reporting line: Trades Supervisor/Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintenance and installation of cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings
- Use of hand tools, machines, or power saws as required
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment
About You
To join our team, you will be a qualified Carpenter with previous experience in a domestic or commercial environment, a passion to provide quality work, and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:
- Cert III in Carpentry & Joinery
- Current Blue Card
- Rail Industry experience is desirable
- Rail Industry Workers Card desirable
- Safely Access the Rail Corridor (SARC) Preferred
- Apply Fatigue Management Strategies preferred
- Working in Electrical Territory (WET) preferred
- Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure preferred
- Current driver’s license
- Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace
- Execute work that is of a high standard
- Current satisfactory national police check
