The Role

Programmed Skilled Workforce has an extremely unique opportunity for an experienced, outcome orientated and passionate leader to oversee branches in Hobart and Launceston. The current Regional Manager has been with Programmed Skilled Workforce for over 10 years, so the opportunity to enjoy a long, rewarding, and successful career with PSW is definitely available for the right person.

There is flexibility in the branch you will predominately be based. Your primary focus will be growing your region supported by experienced teams, with a focus on high quality service outcomes to our internal teams, valued clients, and our casual field employees. We are seeking a multi-dimensional leader.

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to deliver high level Customer Relationship Management that promotes service excellence and customer retention
  • Experience identifying and winning new business opportunities
  • Exposure to managing operational support functions including Finance, Legal, HSE and Human Resources
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reports across multiple locations in a team orientated and accountable way
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovative outcomes that increase value for our clients
  • Professional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Compliance, safety, and quality focused

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and develop a positive safety culture across the business
  • Operate within divisional and local business strategies to grow the business and existing clients to enhance financial performance and growth across the business
  • Monitor internal controls to ensure branch compliance and financials are in line with company expectations
  • Develop strategies and processes to improve and ensure efficiency of the operation
  • Monitor and evaluate branch activities to ensure that service and quality standards are met
  • Leading, coaching and mentoring existing staff
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and maximise growth and revenue opportunities across the PSW and Programmed Group businesses
