The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our National GTO Operations Team team based in Burswood, WA.
Responsibilities may include
- Assist in day to day operations including managing and directing email, mail, telephone and other communications in a timely manner
- Maintaining databases in line with compliance requirements
- Processing of purchase orders, travel and accommodation bookings
- Preparing and processing monthly invoicing
- Onboarding and Offboarding tasks
You will be responsible for providing support to the Programmed Training Services team through the effective, efficient and timely delivery of administrative tasks.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate experience, skills and qualifications in the following areas:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software especially Excel
- Adept at learning new systems and procedures
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively whilst meeting strict deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Experience in a fast paced administrative background
- Attention to detail is essential in this role
