The Role
We are currently seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our vibrant and professional Gunnedah Branch.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role’s primary focus is to provide efficient and professional business support to the branch network through delivery of general administrative tasks.
Skills and experience
In order to thrive in this position the following attributes are highly valued:
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous admin experience is essential
- Previous Accounts Payable experience is desirable
- Confident, friendly phone manner
- Ability to work as part of a cooperative team & willing to help others
- A positive attitude and the ability to work autonomously
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to branch network
- Data entry and compliance duties
- Invoice Processing
- Effective database management
- Booking of medicals, site inductions and camp accommodation requests
- Promoting a positive safety culture across the business
