About The Opportunity
Programmed’s Facility Management team is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to join our Melbourne Water team based in Brooklyn. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that provides Facility maintenance to Melbourne Water. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful scheduling and delivery of maintenance works throughout the contract. With a focus on excellent customer service, you will ensure that all works are carried out in a safe, successful and profitable manner in accordance with the client's expectations and agreed contractual obligations
Nature of position: Full-Time
Location: Brooklyn, VIC
Reporting line: Planning & Scheduling Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage plans relating to scheduled maintenance in line with contract requirements
- Ensure timely provision of services meeting safety, timeframes, budgets and quality as agreed in the contract
- Assist with scheduling of training and record maintenance
- Support the operational team with the scheduling of works to meet contract requirements and resource availability
- Maintain a strong relationship with the client and suppliers
About You
To join our team, ideally, you will have experience in a previous scheduling /planning role and have exceptional organisation skills Additionally, you will have;
- Trade or equivalent qualifications is preferable
- Previous experience in facilities management will be highly advantageous
- Acute attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement ability
- Team player with excellent “can-do” attitude
- Highly developed communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex challenges
