The Role
We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our growing Belmont team. Working on our well known client's contracts, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of weekly Timesheets for Payroll and other data and documentation including Invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Data processing, accurate recording and management of documentation
- Job number creation in our internal business systems
- Generate, review and post AR Invoices and Credit Notes
- Raising and receipting supplier Purchase Orders
- Liaise internally with Payroll, HR, Accounts, Finance and Procurement departments
- Assist the Operations team with contract administrative requirements and data analysis
- Provide general Administrative and Clerical Support
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar role with Accounts and/or Payroll background
- Have a good work ethic, willing to make commitment and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and organisation skills
- Problem solving ability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interaction skills
- Experience with SAP / ARIBA systems is advantageous, not essential
- Experience with D365 FO & CE systems is advantageous, not essential
