About The Opportunity

Programmed Facility Management has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analytics Graduate to kick start a career by joining our operations based in our Collins St Office, Melbourne.

As a Graduate with Programmed you will apply your skillset in Business Analytics to our broad team and be integral in supporting our growing capital delivery projects. You will have a focus on strategic asset management through self-service bi concepts (DDDM), scoping, agile planning, report development and process improvement planning.

You will get exposure across several of our diverse contracts and be provided with a well-rounded experience, these contracts will include Melbourne Water, VSBA, Melbourne Airport and more. You will have a chance to travel to site.

You will meet with our senior leaders which will maximise your personal and professional development and be provided with countless opportunities to grow and develop long-term careers within our business. You will engage with our operations teams through structured rotations across our contracts. You’ll also be provided with core leadership development training workshops tailored to you delivered by our learning and development team. On top of that, you will be given opportunities to network and have one-to-one mentoring. Our Graduate program is a 2-year fixed term contract.

About you

Experience in a services or infrastructure maintenance environment is beneficial however not essential. To be successful in this role, you will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, a strong appetite to learn and genuine desire to pursue a career in facility management or an essential services industry. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

• Bachelor of Business Analytics

• Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
• Motivation to succeed and a willingness to learn
• Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written
• Effective time management & organisational skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office suite
