Programmed Property Services is a leading provider of painting, signage and grounds maintenance services.
The Role
A fantastic opportunity is available for a self-driven, sales orientated person to join our Painting Business as a Branch Manager and lead our Central and Western Victorian based teams.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and servicing our existing client base throughout the Greater Bendigo, Shepparton and Ballarat regions. You will oversee and expand sales prospects, manage local marketing activities, build effective and productive relationships with clients, peers, indirect reports and tradespeople. You will be responsible for leading a strong project delivery team supported by existing team leaders.
Previous experience as a Branch Manager or small business owner is desirable but not essential. This role is suitable for a salesperson eager to expand their skillset and take the next step in their career. Working out of our Bendigo office you will be supported by an experienced team and full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
No two days are ever the same. You will visit a variety of customer sites across major sectors including education, health & aged care, industrial, manufacturing, commercial, strata and more. You can manage your own working hours in accordance with the needs of our customers, the business, and your personal life in this extremely flexible full-time position. Additionally, you will also have flexibility to work from home at your own discretion should you desire.
Skills and Experience
- A proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing activities, establishing effective and productive relationships with customers and peers
- Strong business acumen
- Creativity and initiative combined with a can-do attitude
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong numerical skills, and excellent presentation skills
