About The Opportunity
Programmed are looking for multiple Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our dedicated team, committed to delivering exceptional maintenance services for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities
- Operate a range of commercial out-front, wide area, and zero-turn mowers, as well as other small plant equipment.
- Perform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding.
- Undertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs.
- Implement mulching and planting programs.
- Use commercial small plant horticultural equipment including brush Cutters, blowers and hedgers.
- Report all assets using technology at each scheduled maintenance visit.
- Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard.
- Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
