The Role
We are seeking a Resourcing Specialist to join our vibrant Burswood team, working within the Industrial sector. This is your chance to grow your recruitment career alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
In this role, you’ll focus on building strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring the right people are matched to the right roles. You’ll develop essential skills in candidate sourcing, phone-based engagement, and placement management-all while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment that rewards initiative and results.
Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview blue-collar candidates to identify talent for various roles.

Confidently present and promote candidates to clients, articulating strengths across diverse industry sector.

Manage high volume recruitment with a strong sense of urgency to meet client demands, targetsand KPIs.

Deliver a high-touch, responsive service to both clients and candidates, building trust through timely communication and follow-through.

Maintain an accurate, well-structured candidate database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.

Take ownership of workload and priorities while collaborating effectively with the team to drive collective results.
Skills and experience

A proactive, positive attitude and the drive to motivate both yourself and others.

Experience in customer service, sales, administration, call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced roles is highly regarded; exposure to labour hire or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
