Salary: $40 - $50 p.h.
Looking for a Sheet metal trades-person/boilermaker to start ASAP for our Clients who produce custom and high-end furniture. You will be responsible for transforming Sheets of metal into high end components and structures according to design specs. This is an opportunity to showcase your expertise in a dynamic and collaborative work environment specifically if you have great attention to detail and an eye for clean finishes.
Experience:
- Proficient in MIG welding light gauge stainless steel
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Cut, bend, shape, and form sheet metal to precise measurements and specifications.
- Ensure the accuracy and precision of fabricated parts through quality control checks.
- Assemble fabricated parts using welding, riveting, fastening, or other joining techniques.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and team members to discuss project requirements and suggest improvements.
- Demonstrate a high quality of workmanship, attention to detail
Must:
- Complete a pre-placement medical (D&A testing)
- Pass a police check
- Have working rights in Australia
