What you’ll contribute to:
The Financial Reporting Manager leads the team responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the financial accounts for the QAL Group of Companies, including month-end close, key account reconciliations, preparation of monthly management accounts, managing the fixed asset register, preparation of statutory reporting , , Tripartite Reporting and supports tax compliance. You’ll bring proven experience operating within a capital-intensive (CAPEX-heavy) business environment.

How will you make an impact?
You will lead the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting across the QAL Group, while playing a key role in statutory reporting, annual financial statements, external audit and tax compliance. You will lead, coach and develop the financial accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will also drive continuous improvement, automation and finance transformation initiatives to strengthen processes, improve efficiencies and support strong financial governance.
Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Accurate and timely month-end and management reporting across the QAL Group.

Delivery of annual statutory financial statements, Tripartite Reporting and external audit requirements.

Effective oversight of balance sheet reconciliations, accounting standards, tax compliance and financial controls.

Leadership of the financial accounting team while supporting process improvement, automation and Finance transformation initiatives.
