What you’ll contribute to:
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise PMO Manager to lead our organisation’s project and programme portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximising return on investment. This role is critical in shaping governance structures, prioritisation frameworks, and performance tracking to drive successful outcomes across the enterprise.

Lauren joined Queensland Airports and is a Senior Project Manager. Lauren shares their unique experience working with QAL below:

I joined QAL looking for a new challenge in the industry with a new focus on aviation. We work on a wide range of varied projects where our skill set fits best. The Property, Projects and Planning Team are a supportive, fun team to work with and make coming to work each day a positive experience.

I enjoy working with all of our different stakeholder groups, and seeing our projects come to life is very rewarding. QAL also provides a unique working environment where all employees have access to flexibility, which enables me to balance family and work commitments. They also offer a variety of programs to develop our career and prioritise personal health and wellbeing.

How will you make an impact?
As a key link between project teams, executive leadership, and business stakeholders, you will champion transparency, informed decision-making, and effective portfolio delivery. If you have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in enterprise-level portfolio management, and the ability to influence at all levels, we’d love to hear from you.

Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Define and maintain portfolio management frameworks, tools, and standards to ensure effective project selection, prioritisation, and resource allocation
• Oversee the execution of projects and programs across the portfolio, ensuring they meet strategic goals, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Particularly the Technology, Projects and Infrastructure and Finance teams.
• Participate in QAL Investment Committee meetings and support senior management with airline engagement via the Airline Consultation Group
