Your Opportunity
Our Maintenance Services team has an exciting opportunity for a Panel & Capital Works Administrator to join their Commercial and Partnerships team!
Maintenance Services delivers Urban Utilities’ maintenance program, delivering more than 100,000 maintenance activities each year, maintaining services 24 hours a day and seven days a week, through a range of strategic and tactical commercial agreements.
The Panel and Capital Works Contract Administrator sits within our Commercial Performance team working alongside Senior Contract Specialists and Contract Advisors providing contract and commercial services to the business.
What You’ll Deliver
- Coordination and delivery of Panel and Capital Works contract activities across projects
- Assist in analysing contract data to support negotiations and contract updates
- Contribute to the review and implementation of changes to Panel and Capital Works contracts
- Monitor and prepare contract performance reports, highlighting key insights
- Assist with administering payment claims, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Support the management of contract variations and claims, including documentation and tracking
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation to support reporting and audits
About You
- Experience in commercial contract administration or project administration
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
- Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills
- Exposure to utilities, construction, oil & gas, or similar industries highly desirable
- Familiarity with systems such as Open Windows, Ellipse, and Power BI advantageous
