Your opportunity
This is not your traditional Service Desk Analyst role. The position has been deliberately designed to provide the successful candidates both flexibility and diversity of task, ranging from Service Desk support, Desktop Support onsite at our new corporate offices in Fortitude Valley.
The role provides opportunities to develop specialized technical capabilities that underpin the day-to-day services, including SCCM management, application packaging and deployment, SOE engineering and more advanced application management (i.e. administration of ServiceNow).
About you:
We are seeking individuals who prioritise customer satisfaction, are dynamic problem solvers who can think on their feet and are committed to continual learning.
Prior experience and qualifications in IT are preferred, including familiarity and certifications in best practice, IT Service Management frameworks and delivery models.
Our customer base is diverse, range from executives in Duncan Street to Water Industry Workers working remotely across South East Queensland leveraging mobile technology and in-vehicle configurations. Successful candidates will be able to communicate effectively in all mediums and build effective and lasting relationships through accountability and instilling trust.
