About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Talent team. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
This is a fixed term role till the 21st August 2026 with possible extensions.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support across end-to-end recruitment activities
Coordinating interviews, managing scheduling, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey
Conducting initial phone screenings
Managing reference checks, medicals, and background checks across various systems
Maintaining recruitment systems, databases, and reporting requirements
Assist with processing and tracking recruitment and People Services invoices, or demonstrate a willingness to learn basic invoice handling and financial administration processes
What You Will Bring
Previous administrative experience within a talent acquisition environment is desirable
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capability
