About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Talent team. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

This is a fixed term role till the 21st August 2026 with possible extensions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support across end-to-end recruitment activities

  • Coordinating interviews, managing scheduling, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey

  • Conducting initial phone screenings

  • Managing reference checks, medicals, and background checks across various systems

  • Maintaining recruitment systems, databases, and reporting requirements

  • Assist with processing and tracking recruitment and People Services invoices, or demonstrate a willingness to learn basic invoice handling and financial administration processes

What You Will Bring

  • Previous administrative experience within a talent acquisition environment is desirable

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capability

  • A friendly and approachable manner

  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
