Your opportunity:
The Performance and Insights Lead plays a pivotal role in transforming how data informs decisions across the Customer Experience group. This role leads the delivery of strategic performance analytics and insights that connect operational outcomes to organisational priorities. It is responsible for overseeing performance reporting, data governance and analytics to support day to day operation performance, continuous improvement and customer-driven outcomes.
Working closely with stakeholders, the role translates data into clear, actionable insights that enable informed, evidence-based decision-making and drive customer-focused performance outcomes. It ensures Customer Experience performance information is accurate, accessible and aligned to operational and strategic priorities.
About you:
You are a strategic and analytical leader who can translate complex data into meaningful insights that drive better decisions. With extensive experience in performance reporting, data governance, and analytics, you have a collaborative approach that enables you to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate data into practical solutions. . You are passionate about using trusted, accessible data to support forecasting, continuous improvement and customer-focused outcomes, and enjoy fostering a culture of evidence-based decision making. You will have;
Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Trade qualification in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business or related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Significant experience in data analysis, performance reporting and analytics in a complex operational environment. Experience working in data governance frameworks and ensuring the integrity and accessibility of organisational data. Significant experience using data query, transformation, modelling and visualisation tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring analysts and building team capability.
Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment, engaging stakeholders to elicit requirements, and the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences..
Innovative approach to problem solving and use of technology, business process and human resources.
