Key Responsibilities:
Committee coordination
- Provide committee coordination to designated education committees and working groups, including organising meetings (online and face-to-face), preparing agendas and writing minutes (including follow up actions), and support for project groups as required.
Curriculum development
- Assist with the preparation of curriculum documents, circulation to relevant stakeholders (e.g. College members and staff), and collation and consolidation of feedback.
- Assist with the preparation of registers and supporting documentation relating to curriculum changes and improvements.
- Assist with preparing documents/proposals for consideration by RANZCOG’s education committees and the Executive Leadership Team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience of supporting activities and administration tasks related to committee meetings (or similar bodies) preferably using Zoom, including making bookings, preparing documents/proposals, facilitating, and writing meeting agendas and minutes, requiring high level organisation and planning skills.
- Proven experience of confidently liaising and communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, preferably via emails
- High level computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Experience working in an education-related organisation.
- Experience in initiating improvements to procedures and process.
