Effective administrative support for the FSEP Program.
Process and deliver assessment results and feedback.
Identify improvements to processes and systems to ensure data is recorded accurately and efficiently.
Provide materials before and after delivery of workshops and webinars.
Organise, prepare, and facilitate the delivery of webinars.
Respond to general enquiries in relation to FSEP (Fetal Surveillance Education Program).
Ko wai koe | About you - Key Selection Criteria
Excellent administrative skills, particularly with regards to accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to effectively handle conflicting priorities, establish timeframes and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated knowledge, experience and skills using online computer platforms, databases and relevant office software programs which include Microsoft Office. Intermediate Excel skills would be highly regarded.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently converse and liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders, including clinicians and staff, to provide guidance and advice.
Demonstrated flexibility and initiative to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
