- WORK HEALTH & SAFETY
You will be responsible for identifying health and safety risks and implementing preventative and educational measure to eradicate them. You will manage the WHS Committee including National and State representatives, including onboarding facilitation for new Red Bull Australia team members as to safe work practices. You will provide interpretation and advice on WHS Regulations to ensure that Red Bull Australia are fully complaint to our obligations. You will be responsible for all Red Bull Workers Compensation claims and the coordination of return-to-work requirements.
- FLEET
You will maintain detailed records for all Red Bull Australia fleet vehicles, including budgeting and SAP data reporting requirements, Utilise available data to provide internal dashboards to share costs and suggest efficiency improvements. You will ensure third party provider for fleet services adheres to service level requirements, including monthly performance reviews and maintain relationships with other fleet related suppliers as appropriate, such as dealerships, car washes, and fuel providers. You will need to ensure team members are following the correct fleet management process and procedures as well as coordinate new vehicle purchases, sale of old vehicles and the coordination of vehicles as required for the applicable Red Bull Australia staff.
- TRAVEL
You will manage our third-party travel provider and ensure their standards and services are in line with our agreed SLA’s. With the support and alignment of Global Procurement, you will negotiate and maintain local agreements with Red Bull Australia preferred airlines, hotels and rental car providers.
In conjunction with the Red Bull Australia Procurement Manager, you will drive cost avoidance strategies within Red Bull Australia by managing compliance to internal policies.
- FACILITIES
You are responsible for managing the safety of all Red Bull properties, including emergency evacuation and fire ratings. You will ensure regular maintenance of all facilities whilst maintaining an appropriate level of communication with offices and staff. You will also propose improvements and provide cost estimates as required. You will also manage security and cleaning contracts, including adherence to SLA’s to ensure Red Bull Australia assets are adequately protected and maintained.
