The Role
As an integral part of our Recruitment Team, you will manage full candidate cycle for both Project Services (Project Managers, Business Analysts) and technology roles (developers, engineers, data, devops, product, security), building candidate relationships, sourcing and assessing candidates. Working alongside a highly talented team, and supporting a very experienced sales team, this role is a great opportunity to develop your career within a global business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end candidate cycle for technology roles
- Build and grow relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, direct sourcing, referrals and targeted campaigns
- Screen technical talent, conduct interviews and present shortlists
- Hit monthly targets and key performance measures.
- Contribute to team processes, market intelligence and candidate pool development.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3+ years’ recruitment experience (technology/IT recruitment preferred) or relevant sales experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Curiosity about technology — ability to quickly learn technical role requirements
- Resilient, self-motivated and team-oriented
- Experience with Bullhorn CRM is a bonus but not mandatory.
