Peoplebank Melbourne is seeking a Senior Account Manager to grow our existing footprint across the Telecommunications and Utilities industry. As the successful candidate, you will:
- Develop and execute business development plans to acquire new clients and expand workforce and talent solutions with existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the client views the organisation as a trusted partner.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions using the company’s industry leading offerings and services.
- Grow relationships within existing accounts, implementing strategic account plans aligned with client goals.
- Share market intelligence and actively seek new business opportunities.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Existing senior relationships within the Telecommunication and Utilities space.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
- Experience in managing senior client relationships and executing strategic business plans.
- Proven ability to manage large pools of contractors and optimise and drive placement success.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to conduct behavioural interviews and create impactful candidate summaries.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting across various roles.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent organisational skills
It is desirable if you have:
- Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Knowledge of market trends and the ability to leverage network connections.
- Strong understanding of service offerings similar to Peoplebank’s solutions.
- The ability to earn uncapped commissions.
- The ability to sell strategically and develop your own client base.
