We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Gladstone team, supporting a major mining account. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong industry knowledge who enjoys building meaningful relationships and delivering high quality recruitment outcomes.
About the Role
Working as part of a high performing team, you will manage the end to end recruitment process for CAT 1 roles across a dedicated vertical in our mining portfolio. You will operate both autonomously and collaboratively, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our client.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment process from job brief through to offer
- Proactively sourcing and engaging talent
- Conducting interviews, reference checks, and managing the candidate experience
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Business Partners and Hiring Leaders
- Acting as the central liaison between the client and our Recruitment & Mobilisation teams
- Maintaining clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the process

- Mining or mining recruitment experience
- Reside in Gladstone, QLD
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team environment
- Strong computer skills and a disciplined approach to following processes
- A proactive and resilient attitude, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with both client stakeholders and candidates
