The RDA Summer internship program provides a platform to launch your career in the defence industry. The 12 week program provides students with hands on experience, access to technical mentoring, challenging real world projects, professional development and structured performance feedback with opportunities to be considered for our Graduate Program.
We offer paid work experience to students who are currently in their penultimate or final year of undergraduate study in Criminology, Cybersecurity, Policing, Information Technology, and Computing.
About your new team
This role will be based at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE) facility in Redbank or our Ann St office in Fortitude Valley with opportunities to work flexibly from home.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Students in their penultimate or final year of study for Criminology, Cybersecurity, Policing, Information Technology or Computing degrees
- Must be available to work full time between 20th November 2023 and 16th February 2024 with two weeks off over Christmas.
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
