About the Team
At the Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE) in Redbank, you will become a key member of our dynamic Human Resources team. Comprising 35 multi-disciplinary professionals, our team thrives on collaboration and excellence. You will primarily support the HR Executive and their direct leaders in executing operational duties and project deliverables.
About the Role

We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Executive Administrator to provide essential support to our HR Executive Leader and their team. This critical role requires exceptional organisational skills, proactive communication, and a results-oriented approach. As an Executive Administrator, you will:
- Manage and prioritize all relevant HR ELT/LT meetings with stakeholders both locally and internationally;
- Prepare and maintain PowerPoint and Excel templates for various reports and presentations;
- Support with maintaining workforce-planning data with accuracy for monthly and quarterly reporting;
- Provide administrative assistance, including calendar management, travel arrangements and expenses processing;
- Raise and monitor Purchase Requisitions and liaise with Procurement for purchase orders;
- Track daily tasks and delegated items across the team, reporting status updates when required, to the Executive;
- Assist in the delivery of various department-wide project rollouts, following up and ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked;
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with regards to HR, ensuring clear and timely communication; and
- Enhance the overall experience when dealing with HR in all interactions with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrator or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives;
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail;
- A proactive, collaborative approach, capable of working independently with minimal supervision;
- The ability to manage both day to day operational activities and big picture thinking;
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive data;
- A can-do attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of team;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels;
- Extensive experience with the MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
