As a Services Project Engineer at Richard Crookes Constructions, your primary objectives will be to contribute to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, with a specific focus on services-related aspects.
You will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing services aspects within projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Your focus will be on optimising project performance, maintaining quality standards, and fostering effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering, with a focus on services aspects within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing services-related elements within construction projects.
- Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building services.
- Experience working with construction project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles.
