The Role: Site Manager – Community Project

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a major community project located south of Brisbane CBD, valued at over $50M.
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, champion safety and quality, and drive performance across all site teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to maintain program and budget
• Contribute to design reviews and site-specific planning
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and the local community

About You

• Proven experience managing large-scale community or infrastructure projects
• Relevant trade or construction qualifications
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
