We are recruiting project-based safety roles, including:
  • Safety Coordinator
  • Safety Advisor

The Role Depending on your level, you will:
  • Provide practical WHSE leadership across live construction sites
  • Support project teams with WHS systems aligned to RCC’s Project Management Plans
  • Drive compliance with WHS legislation, codes of practice and company standards
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, mentoring and visible leadership
  • Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations
  • Analyse safety data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support the rollout and use of digital safety systems (e.g. HammerTech)
About You
  • Experience in building construction safety
  • Relevant WHS qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma or Degree)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confident working on-site in fast-paced delivery environments
  • Open to relocating to Sydney for long-term project opportunities
