We are looking for an Associate Account Manager (Sales Management Trainee) to be based in our Ryde, NSW, Sydney office.
The role
This role presents an exciting entry point to someone who aspires to develop their career in the sales and marketing area. You will have the opportunity to be part of a 6 months comprehensive training program which might require you to travel to different countries, dependent on the CoVid19 situation.
During the training program, seasoned instructors will provide real-life, hands-on projects along with formal classroom training in order for you to gain exposure to our exciting offerings and how you can help bring these offerings to our customers.
You will also acquire critical soft skills in consultative selling, negotiations, final decision making, presentation skills and business acumen.
Aside from the training program, usual job scope consists of:
- Maintain collaborative relationships with RA Clients and Internal Stakeholder
- Develop and execute account plans for industries such as Food and Beverage, OEM, FMCG, O&G, Mining & Metals and/or Cement.
- Manage and optimize sales opportunities
- Regular contacts / visits to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate resolution of customer issues
- Analyse current business levels against allocated sales target and provide forecast reports
- Stay current on Industry trends, competitors, market drivers and RA offerings / products
About you
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business / IT / engineering or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years' relevant experience in sales, technical, IOT, software, industries etc will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen interest in a career in sales / marketing
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
