SafetyCulture is a customer and product-lead SAAS company with an ambitious mission: empower front line workers to drive operational excellence and take ownership of their safety and wellbeing. The company started in Townsville, our HQ is in Sydney, and we have offices in Kansas City, Manchester, Amsterdam and Manila. Our mission is to help solve the challenges faced in an increasingly distributed workforce, our technology platform and products give front line workers a voice and leaders the visibility to make smart decisions when driving safety, quality and continuous improvement.
We are growing as a business and looking for self-motivated people that value collaboration, trust, growth and are customer obsessed to join our team.
As a Junior Product Designer, you’re responsible for working within a feature team in supporting their design delivery against a roadmap. All designers at SafetyCulture are responsible for how iAuditor functions, looks, feels and evolves in order to deliver high quality, innovative solutions to our customers world-wide. You do this by working closely in a design pairing or under the guidance of seniors, from distilling product strategies & opportunities into leading designed solutions.
You’ll be on the front-lines collaborating with customers as well as be hands-on the tools in honing your craft, working within your squad to fine-tune interfaces, solve customer problems & support the greater design team on design culture initiatives. As a junior member of the design team, you will be provided a lot of support and guidance — all to create an environment for you to do your best design work.
