About the Opportunity

The Service Contract Specialist is a key Sandvik representative for the implementation and commercial management of service contracts within the region. The role works closely with site-based service personnel, the planning and reliability teams, commercial team and customers to ensure contracts are managed in line with agreed terms and conditions, deliverables, KPIs, value delivery, reporting requirements and continuous improvement commitments. It spans the full contract lifecycle and combines commercial ownership with practical operational support. • Monitor contract performance, profitability and compliance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead regular contract review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear reporting on performance, risks and commercial outcomes.
  • Manage contract variations, rate adjustments and renewals including development of business cases and governance approvals.
  • Support tender submissions, contract proposals and contract renewal activities.
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation, records and reporting to support compliance and audit requirements.
  • Identify and resolve contract issues, escalating risks where required and driving corrective actions.
  • Champion safe working practices and ensure all contract activities align with Sandvik's Environment, Health and Safety standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing contract management processes, systems and best practices across the business.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to support successful long-term contract outcomes.
