  • Manage allocation problems, order ageing, and cycle count discrepancies on a daily basis.

  • Review outstanding orders requiring source‑change decisions linked to PO or DRP requirements.

  • Manage and resolve Logistics Process & Support (LPS) tickets, including shipment discrepancies and expediting needs.

  • Maintain and update Customer Master Data records quarterly.

  • Communicate weekly progress updates to internal and external stakeholders across all open orders.

  • Ensure all transactions comply with Sandvik Trade Compliance requirements.

  • Schedule outbound orders to meet delivery targets while optimising logistics costs and transport modes.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience using SAP S4‑HANA

  • Prior experience managing Logistics Service Providers

  • Working knowledge of freight processes and global trade terms.

  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate professionally.

  • Commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and excellent internal customer service.

  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

  • Strong problem‑solving capability and analytical thinking.

Agencies need not apply.

To be eligible for this role, you must have the right to live and work in Australia. As part of the recruitment process, you may be required to complete a pre‑employment medical.
