The role

The ideal candidate will initiate and lead commercial initiatives, fostering the development, expansion, and sustained management of client accounts. This entails reinforcing existing client relationships while actively cultivating new ones. In this pivotal role, you serve as the cornerstone in delivering an unparalleled customer experience through the effective execution of our Front-Line Sales strategy.

Areas of responsibility

  • Define development strategy in account plan for assigned customer portfolio
  • Develop strategies and activities based on customer needs and pain-points
  • Achieve expected business and financial outcomes for assigned customer portfolio
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Coordinate specialist support to fulfill Coromant commitment
  • Demonstrate added value through CVF within the portfolio
  • Review results and implement corrective actions to meet plan targets
  • Maintain existing market shares and explore new opportunities
  • Provide timely market information on customers and competitors
  • Support Sales Management in forecasting, budgeting, and target-setting.

Your profile

You are an experienced business professional, that thrives on collaborating with a dispersed team and stakeholder base. You are a strategic and analytical thinking, and always eager to seek out innovative approaches to grow business and increase market share. With a proven track record of leading and developing teams to create and execute successful account management strategies, you are confident to deliver results that exceed expectations. Strong knowledge of Machining, CNC Machining, Metal Cutting or Manufacturing is an advantage.

Your multicultural understanding and exceptional communication skills are key strengths that allow cultivate close and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders. You build trust and establish partnerships, essential components of this role. You bring a high level of initiative, drive, and determination to set targets and achieve goals. Relentless focus on delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction to top priority in all endeavours. And comfortable working in a matrix organization and travel as required.
