Due to growth of our organisation, we’re now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Team, to be responsible for the talent acquisition across Australia and New Zealand. The position is based in our Perth Kenwick office, with a hybrid working from home arrangement.
The role
As the Recruitment Coordinator part of the Talent Acquisition team in WA, your main focus is collaborating and supporting our managers to fill blue-collar and white-collar roles across Australia. The role requires you to actively work to encourage diversity, equality, inclusion and anti-discrimination, ensuring the right candidates are identified for the organisation.
Your profile
You will have or be completing a tertiary qualification in a Human Resources (Diploma/University). You consider yourself to be highly organised with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
You have the ability and passion to communicate with multiple levels of stakeholders. You will need to be adaptable to various online HR systems and platforms.
