About the role
We are looking for an experienced NI Project Coordinator, the position will be supporting with the operational management to our NI business, including product certification, quality assurance and local transport coordination. The team is based at our Botany office.
The will be effectively co-coordinating the movement of tools and materials to and between project sites and the tooling management center.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving installation efficiencies through the co-ordination, including the maintaining of records, of installer product training and certification for Schindler’s commodity, custom modular and custom design product range.
- Achieve cost savings through efficient co-ordination of movement of tooling and materials to and between project sites and tooling management centre.
- Support Project Managers in the tracking, retention and recording of fulfilment paperwork as required under our Quality Assurance / FF+ processes and systems.
Requirements for the role:
- Previous experience working in service, construction, operational, Project coordination.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Minimum diploma in building, engineering, or business-related / accounting discipline or equivalent.
