About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our NSW Service Sales team based in Botany. Reporting to the Regional Manager NSW , the main function of this role is to build customer relationships at an operational and management level to drive business development opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel from specific client organisations
- Management of existing customer relationships and maximising customer satisfaction
- Development of portfolio growth, achievement of set targets and resecuring existing customer accounts
- Act as the interface between customer and regional areas to ensure resolution of any customer issues
- Ensure compliance to required procedures and behaviours
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong leadership, sales / business management, communication and influencing skills. To be successful you will be degree qualified in an appropriate technical or business related discipline. You will also possess 5+ years sales / business development / key account management experience in the lift or similar industry servicing the construction industry.
