This opportunity:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor / Business Partner to join our national HR team based in Mascot . As the successful candidate, you will be a resilient and enthusiastic individual with strong generalist (HR) human resources , (IR) industrial relations, (ER) employee relations skills & experience. If you also have some L&D experience delivering training that will be very highly regarded.
You will work within a dynamic and successful team with a passion for people (and having fun) and with the support of a strong management structure. You will be responsible for supporting the people strategy across our national business , providing sound HR advice and support to managers to improve performance and develop team capabilities with exposure to all facets of the HR life cycle.

What we looking for:
- Strong understanding of industrial instruments, unions and Australian employment legislation with demonstrated experience across unionised workforces.
- Skilled at coaching managers throughout all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Passion for helping employees be the best version of themselves
- Degree qualifications in HR, IR, Employment Law or a related discipline
- 7+ years of post-degree work experience in a related role
- Prior experience in Construction, Service / Maintenance, Heavy Industrial or Manufacturing industries will be highly regarded.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
