About the role:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our Head Office Finance team as a Finance Data Administrator . The role will require periodic master data cleansing to identify duplicate and redundant entries. It will also be reviewing customer requests.
In this role, there is a strong focus on financial information and managing customer data, data integrity and reporting.

Key responsibilities:
- Review submissions of customer data changes
- Ensure data duplicates and redundant entries are removed in SAP
- Follow up and cleanse any data integrity concerns with internal stakeholders
- Generate and distribute monthly reports, invoices and customer communications
- Identify and implement process improvements to control or close gaps with data processing
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a previous financial, customer service or administration role
- Previous experience with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP will be highly regarded
- Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, business, or related discipline
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly excel
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a high attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
