We are seeking a motivated and analytical Operations & Supply Chain Supervisor to join our Sydney Distribution Centre.

This role provides strong exposure to operational execution, inventory management, data analysis, and workforce capability within a complex supply chain environment. It is well‑suited to someone in the early stages of their career who is keen to build a solid operational foundation and grow into broader responsibilities over time.

For the right candidate, the role offers accelerated learning, increasing scope, and potential movement into other operational roles, based on performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Support inventory accuracy, visibility, and control across the distribution centre
  • Analyse inventory and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Assist with cycle counting activities, variance investigation, and root cause analysis
  • Use warehouse and inventory systems (e.g. SAP, WMS) to support reporting and data integrity
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
  • Support onboarding and training activities for warehouse and inventory team members
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to support safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with strong learning agility and problem‑solving capability, rather than extensive experience.

You may be suited to this role if you have:

  • A degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data (e.g. Excel or similar tools)
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels
  • A proactive mindset and interest in how operations and supply chains work

Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations is welcomed but not essential.

Why join us

  • Hands‑on responsibility and exposure from day one
  • Strong development opportunities within a large‑scale operations environment
  • Ongoing coaching and feedback from experienced leaders
  • Opportunities to grow into broader operational roles over time
  • An inclusive, safety‑focused workplace

Diversity & inclusion

We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds. Reasonable adjustments are available throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility

  • You must have full working rights in Australia at the time of application.
