Our SE Advisory division is a global leader in energy procurement, sustainability reporting, and energy efficiency, helping clients reduce their energy spend and achieve their business and sustainability goals.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone in theearly stagesof their career-from recent graduates through to professionals with a few years of experience looking to builda strong foundationin client delivery, data, and sustainability.

Reporting to the Client Solutions Manager, you will partner with our Client Management and Delivery teams to support andmaintaincustomer portfolios, acting as a key point of contact for client queries and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The day to day:

At Schneider Electric, no two days are the same. However, typical activities that the Client Delivery Specialist will carry out include:

  • Ensuringthe successful delivery of contracted services to our clients. These contracted servicesmainly involvesupply and sustainability services. Given the abundance of information, you must be able to sort through it efficiently and makeappropriateandtimelydecisions.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships at various levels and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting Client Management and Implementation teamsinfacilitatingthe successful onboarding of new clients.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for client queries and coordinating responses across internal teams.
  • Providing client training on how to effectively navigate andutilizeSchneider Electric's cloud-based energy and sustainability platform,EcoStruxureResource Advisor.
  • Engaging in planning and managing energy procurement activities, ensuringaccuracyand addressing inquiries by working closely with the clients and internal Sourcing team.
  • Deliveringtimelybudget and reforecast reports, working closely with clients and the budget team tovalidatedata and ensure accuracy.
  • Analysing data and applying critical thinking toidentifytrends,gapsand opportunities for improvement;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ongoing service delivery and client outcomes.

About You

Wedon’twant to narrow the field; however, we believe the below will set you up for success:

  • Well-suited to a recent graduate or early-career professional with approximately 3 years’ experience;
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent experience), ideally in business, data, sustainability,engineeringor a related field;
  • Interest in sustainability, energy, or data-driven services;
  • Strong attention to detail and a curiosity for working with data and uncovering insights;
  • A customer-focused mindset and eagerness to build relationships with stakeholders;
  • Good communicationskills and a collaborative approach to teamwork;
  • Organised, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment;
  • Solid PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
