Drive Growth. Build Relationships. Own Your Territory.

At Schneider Electric, we're looking for an experienced Sales Representative to grow our Home & Distribution business across Brisbane.

This is a highly customer-facing, field-based role where you'll build strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, distributors, electricians and trade customers, identify new opportunities and drive sales growth across your territory.

You'll represent Schneider Electric's electrical distribution and connected solutions portfolio, combining your electrical industry knowledge with strong sales capability to become a trusted partner to our customers.

What You'll Do

• • Manage and grow relationships with electrical wholesalers, distributors and trade customers across your territory.
  • Spend significant time in the field, meeting customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with electricians and key influencers within the electrical channel.
  • Develop new business while increasing sales across existing accounts.
  • Manage your pipeline and territory plan to consistently achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Introduce customers to new products and solutions, providing relevant product information and support.
  • Navigate challenging commercial conversations, handle objections and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strong sales professional with electrical industry knowledge who enjoys being in front of customers and taking ownership of a territory.

You'll bring:

• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical products, solutions or the electrical industry – essential.
• Experience in field sales, territory sales, account management or business development.
• Experience working with electrical wholesalers, distributors, contractors, electricians or related trade customers.
• Strong commercial capability and a proven ability to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Confidence handling objections and navigating challenging customer conversations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• High levels of resilience, tenacity and self-motivation.
• The ability to work independently and effectively manage a busy territory.
• Strong pipeline management and sales discipline.
• A customer-focused mindset and enthusiasm for developing long-term relationships.

An electrical trade qualification or electrical engineering background would be highly regarded, but is not essential where strong electrical industry and product knowledge can be demonstrated.
